Mr. Alan Kao received his LL.M. from National Taiwan University, specializing in Civil Law, and completed his LL.M. thesis on “A Study of Cardinal Change Doctrine in Construction”. During his school years, Mr. Alan Kao was impressed by the frequent business exchanges between Taiwan and China, due to this, he studied the Chinese legal regulations after school, and passed the P.R.C. bar examination in 2019.

Also, During his school years, Mr. Alan Kao was interested in accounting due to the aircraft finance leasing course. To provide professional services in both legal and accounting fields, he took the accounting course after school, and passed the R.O.C. examination for CPA in 2021.
