Mr. Justin Su graduated from the Economic and Financial Law Division of the College of Law at National Taiwan University. His practice focuses primarily on civil and criminal litigation, administrative litigation, and international dispute resolution.
Justin has represented various government authorities, including the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Railway Bureau and Maritime Port Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications and the Kaohsiung City Government, in a wide range of administrative litigation and contractual disputes. He has also assisted international clients in major cross-border disputes in Taiwan, including reinsurance claims disputes involving an international reinsurer, contractual disputes involving an international energy storage company, intellectual property disputes involving an international sports data company, and cross-border coal procurement disputes. Through these matters, Justin has developed substantial experience in handling complex cross-border and multidisciplinary disputes.
In addition to his dispute resolution practice, Justin is actively involved in legal matters relating to the energy project. He has played a significant role in legal due diligence for major renewable energy project transactions in Taiwan and has advised on various legal disputes arising from the development, construction, and implementation of renewable energy projects. He has developed a strong understanding of the development process, transaction structures, and potential legal risks associated with renewable energy projects.
