Ms. Jia-Ying Hsieh is a lawyer with extensive experience in representing foreign clients in civil, criminal, and administrative litigation before Taiwan courts. Her professional services extend beyond traditional legal work and also include risk management, educational training, and dispute resolution, thus providing clients with all-encompassing solutions.

Ms. Hsieh has represented entities from the public sector and international corporations in handling complex cases involving aviation insurance, maritime insurance, and reinsurance. Her meticulous and thorough legal opinions have garnered the trust of her clients.

Prior to joining Lin & Partners, Ms. Hsieh worked for an international law firm with regional coverage in California and Taiwan. She participated in multiple government-commissioned research project in the fields of antitrust law, corporate law, and FinTech law.

Ms. Hsieh graduated from National Taiwan University with both an LL.B. and an LL.M.
