Mr. Felix Yu is a senior attorney at Lin & Partners, specializing in dispute resolution, public procurement and civil, criminal and administrative litigation.

Felix has represented construction companies and engineering consulting companies in civil litigation and arbitration, through which he accumulated hands-on experience in construction matters. He also has extensive expertise in the mediation of labor disputes, as well as criminal defense and administrative proceedings relating to government procurement law.

Felix received his LL.B. from Soochow University School of Law. Prior to joining Lin & Partners, he was an associate at PCL TransAsia Law Offices and Cheng & Associates Attorneys-at-Law.
