Advised client (i.e., a Norwegian vessel group) on the reflagging of a wind farm working vessel in Taiwan, which is the very first one in Taiwan.
Advised client on the acquisition of an Australia-listed vessel group via a tender offer which required extensive regulatory advice regarding vessel companies.
Advised client on shipbuilding projects for Taiwan government and quasi government agencies.
Advised client on facility agreement for building of vessels for wind farm projects in Taiwan.
Advised client in a government procurement project for supply of night vision systems to Taiwan’s Ministry of Défense.
Advised Taiwan Aerospace Agency (TASA) on contracts related to launching weather satellite and collaborating with other government on space-related projects.
