Ms. Yi-Hsuan Sung is a lawyer who specializes in finance and capital markets, corporate governance and dispute resolution. She previously served as an in-house legal counsel for a leading domestic listed financial holding company and worked in the financial department of a best-known large law firm.

During her term as in-house legal counsel, Ms. Sung was responsible for large-scale corporate governance evaluation projects, and was familiar with the operation of boards of directors and functional committees, as well as financial supervision systems. She excels at drafting and reviewing contracts in both Chinese and English, at reviewing and formulating group-level internal policies, and at providing comprehensive consultation.

As a lawyer, Ms. Sung has assisted in syndicated loan cases, M&A transactions, foreigners investing in Taiwan, and applying for special permits.
