With many years of professional experience, Mr. Chen has been involved in various civil, criminal, family, and administrative litigation cases. He has assisted well-known domestic pharmaceutical companies in handling commercial disputes related to drug authorization and drug development with multinational pharmaceutical companies. He has successfully obtained favorable judgments for clients, reversing prior adverse decisions in drug development contract disputes. Mr. Chen has also represented foreign clients in complex engineering arbitration proceedings. Additionally, Mr. Chen has significant expertise in contract drafting, review, negotiation, legal compliance, and on-site inspections for foreign companies investing in domestic energy. He also has experience in major criminal cases involving complex securities laws, banking laws, and anti-corruption laws, serving as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Mr. Chen graduated from Soochow University with a Bachelor of Laws degree, and later pursued a Master's degree in Civil Law at National Taiwan University. He also holds the qualification of a specialist lawyer in debt relief from the Legal Aid Foundation.
