Ms. Claire Wu graduated with a Master's degree in Law from the University of Southern California and is dual-licensed to practice law in Taiwan and the State of New York. She has previously worked in a large globally renowned law firm. Throughout her career, she has assisted a leading domestic listed financial holding companies in issuing Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs), helped public companies in issuing ECBs, and been involved in cross-border M&A cases. Her area of practice focuses on finance and capital markets, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and startups. She has also been involved in many cases related to multinational corporate compliance and foreign investment in Taiwan. During her time in the United States, she worked as a mediator in California. Ms. Claire Wu is also skilled in handling non-litigious matters, such as drafting and reviewing contracts in both Chinese and English.
