Benchmark Litigation, an international legal ranking organization, has conducted annual evaluations of lawyers and law firms over the years. These rankings are primarily based on market research and professional interviews conducted by its research team. In recent years, Benchmark Litigation has further introduced a client-voting mechanism, and in 2026 expanded the program to enable clients to directly select the “Law Firm of the Year” and “Lawyer of the Year” across various jurisdictions, thereby reflecting clients’ actual assessments of legal services.
The 2026 results have been announced, and Lin and Partners has been awarded three distinctions in the Taiwan Client Choice Awards, including Law Firm of the Year, Lawyer of the Year, and a Special Individual Award. All three honors were received by the Firm and its attorneys.
The 2026 awards ceremony was held in Beijing, bringing together more than one hundred award-winning lawyers and legal professionals from across the region. Attorneys of the Firm attended the ceremony and joined fellow award recipients in witnessing this distinguished occasion.
