Mr. Ted Liu graduated from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business with an MBA degree. He also holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. degree in Financial and Economic Law from Fu Jen Catholic University.

At Georgetown, Ted focused his study on Finance, investment analysis, strategy and consulting. During his first year of MBA, he did an internship at American Council On Renewable Energy (“ACORE”), where he conducted several researches to help ACORE’s members with mitigation of renewable energy investment risks.

After obtaining his first Master’s degree from Fu Jen Catholic University, Ted started his career as an attorney, handling litigation cases with respect to Anti-Corruption Act and Securities & Exchange Act. He also handled merger and acquisition cases for listed companies in Taiwan. After several years’ law practice, he joined Fubon Securities Company as a compliance specialist, advising on legal and compliance issues for Fubon’s bankers.

Ted Joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal (“PwC Legal”) as an attorney after receiving his MBA from Georgetown. At PwC, he primarily handled corporate matters covering overseas investments, incorporation, mergers and acquisitions. He also worked as a legal counsel to several international banks and mutual funds.
